Joanie Bubis is a resident of Garfield Heights, Ohio and works at Key Bank. Almost 20 years ago, her son recommended Rad Air in Garfield Heights when she ran into car trouble. That’s when she met Eric. During that time, Eric was a technician working in the shop. He got to know Joanie’s personal preferences and customized his repairs. When he was promoted to shop manager, he still made sure her vehicle was still repaired to her specifications. Over the past 18 years, he has repaired and managed three of her personal vehicles and developed a close relationship with Joanie.
Joanie says, “Eric used to work on my car and I never had to take it back a second time. I’m very particular about the sounds in my car and Eric has come to know that. Which is one of the best parts about going to Rad Air – Eric remembers your wants and needs and tries to make sure he satisfies his customer; no matter what. His clients meant something to him when he was working on their cars, and they mean everything to him now that he manages their cars.”
